One of our core products, Nliven, is a a real-time platform that helps venues manage ticket sales efficiently while creating a more engaging buying experience for customers.

About The Role
We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in building and delivering innovative user value in our Nliven product. In this role, you will drive high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and QA managers within the Empowered Product Team model to ensure we meet the needs of our users and stay ahead in the market. This position reports directly to the VP, Engineering.
This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates must be located within EST / CST in one of the following states : New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, Minnesota, Texas, Wisconsin.

- You have proven experience leading engineering teams in delivering high-quality software products.
- You excel in fostering collaboration and guiding your team to success in a remote environment.
- You have a strong understanding of the full software development lifecycle and can optimize processes for efficiency.
- You’re passionate about mentoring and developing engineers, helping them grow professionally.
- You’re committed to improving product quality through continuous integration and delivery best practices.
