About the role :

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Care Navigation team. You will be leading the member-facing web and app development teams. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a talented product and design team to drive the development of user-focused applications in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Where you will work :

This role will be based in our New York City office. You must be willing to work in the office 3 days per week on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

• Provide technical oversight and drive new features with a focus on Garner's strategic mission
• Build a high-performance team by mentoring, providing feedback, and hiring
• Continuously strive for quality while maintaining speed of delivery
• Collaborate across disciplines by identifying bottlenecks and risks, proposing mitigation, and communicating tradeoffs
• Protect our users' privacy and security through best practices

Compensation Transparency :

The target salary range for this position is $246,000 - $260,000. Individual compensation for this role will depend on various factors, including qualifications, skills, and applicable laws. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in our equity incentive and competitive benefits plans, including but not limited to : flexible PTO, Medical / Dental / Vision plan options, 401(k) with company match, flexible spending accounts, Teladoc Health and more.
