Qualifications and responsibilities for this Director of Engineering position include :

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required; Professional Engineer (PE) licensure preferred
• 10+ years in a manufacturing / machining environment with 3–5 years in engineering leadership
• Deep understanding of stainless steel machining and fabrication methods (lathes, mills, welding, waterjet, etc.)
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and GD&T; Mastercam familiarity and FEA experience preferred
• Lead engineering design efforts, process development, and production methods to ensure efficiency and repeatability
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet company objectives; support sales and supplier communications as technical SME
• Conduct performance reviews, implement KPIs, and mentor engineering team members
• Consideration given to candidates seeking a management-level role who are ready to grow into a Director position

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
