Overall Purpose
Oversees one or more Salesforce engineering teams responsible for designing, developing, documenting, testing, deploying, and maintaining solutions on the Salesforce platform. Mentors and coaches team members, collaborates with other engineering managers and stakeholders, and ensures the quality, security, and performance of delivered Salesforce solutions.
Essential Functions
- Manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce development projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
- Lead the design and implementation of complex Salesforce solutions, using best practices and industry standards.
- Oversee code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications.
- Ensure compliance with internally defined and industry-standard security, governance, and performance guidelines.
- Provide technical guidance and feedback to team members, and foster a culture of inclusion, learning and innovation.
- Collaborate with other engineering managers, product managers, business analysts, and end users to deliver high-value solutions to our customers, consumers, and users.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the Salesforce ecosystem and evaluate new tools and frameworks for future adoption.
- Supports the company’s commitment to risk management and protecting the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.

Physical Requirements
Working conditions consist of a normal office environment. Work is primarily sedentary and requires extensive use of a computer and involves sitting for periods of approximately four hours. Work may require occasional standing, walking, kneeling and reaching. Must be able to lift 15 pounds occasionally and / or negligible amount of force frequently. Requires visual acuity and dexterity to view, prepare, and manipulate documents and office equipment including personal computers. Requires the ability to communicate with internal and / or external customers.

The pay scale for this position in :
Phoenix, AZ / Chicago, IL in USD per year is : $140,000 - $165,000.
San Francisco, CA in USD per year is : $160,000 - 190,000.
