Who you'll be working with
We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms.
What you'll be doing
- Directly reporting and collaborating closely with the Managing Director of Engineering and Product Development
- Guiding engineers on enterprise technologies and solutions
- Facilitating and leading client project scope discussions with the ability to understand and articulate the business impact of proposed solutions
- Leveraging new and emerging technologies to fulfill project requirements and business objectives
- Mapping project requirements to technical tasks for the engineering team
- Writing and reviewing software code
- Writing client-readable technical architecture documentation
- Enforcing development best practices with the engineering team - proper code branching, code reviews, unit tests, and environment setup
- Leading all phases of software development including design, development, testing, and support
