Our Deployables Operating Unit is seeking an Industrial Engineering Manager 2 to support operations for the Goleta and Oxnard, CA facilities. This position may be located at either site. / ph3Overview / h3pReporting to the Director of Operations, the Industrial Engineering Manager is responsible for modernizing and innovating the manufacturing and operations practices of the Deployables OU to achieve strategic objectives. This position will be responsible for continuous improvement efforts, capacity and manpower modeling, capital expenditure projects, and factory planning projects aligned with business strategies.
