THE WORK

Project Manager supporting RMS production operations. This role will support the IWSS (Integrated Warfare Systems and Sensors) line of business and Mission System & Weapons (MSW) market segment.

This role will include CAM responsibility and ownership of quality, cost, and schedule performance for their assigned programs which includes both labor and material responsibilities.

Specific tasks will include (but not limited to)

• Setting up manufacturing budgets (both labor and material) and executing earned value requirements for both
• Supporting proposals to include leading the proposal and authoring basis of estimates (BOEs)
• Conducting new program launches and leading the team

through end item material delivery

WHO WE ARE

Our functional group, the Operations Program Management team, is composed of ~30 professionals with a range of skill and experience. Our team serves as Control Account Managers (CAMs) responsible for material budget and operations labor scope. We are leaders in this organization who are the primary interfaces between line of business Program Management, Operations, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality or other company functions for production, development, and capture programs for Production Operations. We ensure seamless support throughout the production process, ensuring successful delivery of contracted projects for our valued customers. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that the factories and their programs operate on schedule and meet commitments. We drive momentum through action, and focus on the small wins while driving towards the overall objectives.
