The Technical Program Manager is expected to work with teams within the organization to identify and create a plan around budget, team structures, scope, and other items to help deliver against OKRs. The Program Manager will proactively identify waste, process improvements, and team improvements and develop an evolving strategy to help meet the objectives.
Outcome : Ability for the organization to meet the annual and quarterly OKR and commitments, team morale increases and increased ROI for the organization
Team Accountability :
Facilitate weekly cross functional meetings to empower teams to raise risks and collaboratively create solutions to impediments, risks, and challenges to organization goals and objectives. Ensure risks are tracked, owned, and driven to solution by the team.
Outcome : Increase ownership and visibility into team commitments and accountability, increasing innovation, reducing risk, and increasing the likelihood of meeting goals.
Continuous Improvement of Contractors :
Continuously monitor and improve contractor development to elevate contractor abilities, skills, and morale to help improve KPIs. Elevate contractors to bring solutions and ideas forward to better overall outcomes and goals, promoting excellence. Work with to ensure room to work with Coaches and COEs and provide visibility and transparency to on initiatives and efforts that would help to increase overall performance.
Outcome : Continuous improvement of all engineering processes and personnel focusing on better ROI and capabilities.
Staffing and Onboarding :
Facilitates successful staffing and onboarding process of staffing to ensure resources are onboarded and effective.
Outcomes : Projects are staffed effectively and within timelines with reduced “warm-up” time on the project
