Pay Rate : $30.76
Duration : Long-term
Schedule : Mon.-Fri. 8 : 00 am - 4 : 30 pm
Description of Duties
Leads and interdepartmental team to complete an assigned project on time, to specifications with accuracy and efficiency; and performs other related duties as assigned.
General Job Duties
1) Outlines tasks involved in projects and delegates accordingly.
2) Conducts cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the project.
3) Prepares and implements a budget based on estimates.
4) Conducts risk assessments; reports identified risks to management; provides recommendations for mitigation of risk (including termination of the project if appropriate).
5) Addresses questions, concerns, and / or complaints throughout the project.
6) Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, standards, specifications, and best practices.
Minimum Requirements :
Minimum skills / abilities : Skilled in verbal and written communication and interpersonal and customer service. Analyze, organize and complete tasks by a given deadline and delegate tasks when necessary. Able to operate standard office machinery.
Minimum education : Graduation from an accredited four (4) year college or university with a bachelor's degree in a related field, which may include Human Resources, Business or Engineering.
