Job Description :

• As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls from the customer or do an outbound call within guidelines / goals established by the client and management.
• This position requires good communication skills; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to details.
