Position Summary
The Student Enrollment Coordinator provides operational and front-line support to students engaging with academic policies, registration processes, and university systems. This role is critical in helping students understand and complete enrollment-related tasks and in ensuring timely and accurate student record processing through Roosevelt University's student information system. The coordinator manages registration auditing for compliance, coordinates university waitlist activity, assists with enrollment-related support for special student populations, and oversees the workflow of student workers and graduate assistants within the Registrar's Office.
This role also serves as a liaison to academic departments, providing training and guidance on Banner functionality and registration-related processes. The coordinator delivers high-quality service while supporting cross-functional communication between the Registrar's Office, Academic Advising, Financial Aid, and other student service areas.
This is a full-time, exempt, position located on the Chicago campus. This position reports to the Associate Registrar, Registration Services.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

- One to three years of experience in student services, customer service, or records management in a higher education setting.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adopt new systems quickly; comfort navigating complex digital tools.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with strong written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling sensitive student records.
- Professional, student-centered demeanor with a strong commitment to equitable service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Zoom, Teams, or similar platforms.
