We surround our technologists with interesting challenges, innovative minds, and emerging technologies. Slalom Enterprise Architecture and Systems Integration team is looking for a passionate Principal to join our ranks.

What You’ll Do

• Advise clients on the overall enterprise architecture landscape on various solution architecture areas including technology, information, data, security, and integration. Implement and architect large scale, innovative IT solutions to drive business transformation.
• Individually acts as a Solution Lead or SME in pursuit process, identifying appropriate SME from broader capability team as needed. Focuses on specific Customers aligned to Market strategy.
• Evaluate and identify IT-related risks, including compliance, operations, revenue, and growth risks.
• Develop, as part of a team, technology strategy and planning deliverables to address IT risks and improve effectiveness of the IT organization, specifically focusing on business application integration.
• Produce target state solution architectures, perform architectural assessment and gap analysis and help formulate the overall solution strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with clients and Slalom consultants to translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Contributes to delivery via billable roles as Delivery Solution Lead and / or in SME roles within Market’s portfolio, with specific utilization target defined by Level.

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the targeted base salary pay range for all locations listed is $122,000 to $170,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
