Summary :

The Marketing Coordinator will be a key member of our marketing team. This individual must be comfortable multitasking and meet deadlines to execute short- and long-term marketing campaigns to help Willis Lease Finance Corporation achieve marketing goals. This individual will have a creative skillset that enables them to brainstorm new initiatives.

Responsibilities :

• Handles company business card requests, proofing, ordering, and tracking of shipments to personnel globally.
• Keeps track of promotional and apparel inventory for all business areas; research new items, places orders, tracks shipments to proper personnel, and ensures timely delivery.
• Maintains company global conference calendar.
• Places orders for marketing materials for conferences, meetings, events, and job fairs (pull-up banners, graphics signage, printed collateral, etc.).
• Prepares domestic and international shipments for conferences, meetings, and events.
• Works with shipping department to ensure conference shipment materials are shipped out in a timely manner; tracks materials to ensure delivery to venue and tracks post-conference return shipments.
• Provides meeting and other company events support, including but not limited to conferences.
• Provides email marketing support as needed.
• Assists with WLFC website updates and social media initiatives (6 LinkedIn company pages) as needed.
• Provides branding support by rebranding documents as needed to meet the company’s current branding standards.
