Our team of Producers provide structure and support for a high volume of client projects across accounts. Our Social team is a group of creatives, producers, account people, social media managers and strategists dedicated to bringing exceptional social campaigns to life. Working closely with senior producers and creatives, the associate producer will ensure work is delivered within budget and timeline expectations. We are responsible for successful development of projects and interact with clients and internal teams to ensure solutions are clear and meet client requirements.

The Producer works closely with the VP Account Services to understand the clients needs and oversees all creative aspects of MOCEAN’s social team, working lock step on all projects and communicating with all internal stakeholdsers such as music, graphics, writers, editors, AEs, etc.

Key Responsibilities :

• Help develop and execute campaign strategy and creative goals. Ensure that creative output meets and exceeds client expectations.
• Solve both new and legacy client challenges from a strategic and tactical perspective. Come up with solutions! In many cases challenge the client on new creative ideas on their campaign.
• Manage Associate Producers or Creative Coordinators. Create a positive and productive work environment throughout the company to build cross departmental camaraderie, promote inclusion and foster mentoring.
• Maintain positive, productive, and professional relationships with all internal and external clients.
• Work with Creative Directors, Designers, Social Leads and Community Managers to provide provide clear feedback and expectations.
• Review projects and ensure integrity of creative and strategic positioning.
• Make final calls on creative work in line with the client needs.
• Plan for and acquire appropriately skilled project resources to complete assigned tasks and contribute to establishing a project vision.
• Act as a client point-of-contact for all project related issues and communicate client business needs to internal team.
• Review billing and collections regularly and ensure that Finance Department has all necessary financial information. When necessary, help negotiate billing disputes with clients.
• Represent the MOCEAN brand at industry functions resulting in potential client contacts and talent recruitment. Work closely with appropriate staff to acquire new business. Check in with VP Account Services regularly and provide updates.
