Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities :

• Input and update data in our systems accurately and efficiently
• Verify data for accuracy and completeness
• Identify and correct errors in data entry
• Assist with data clean-up projects as needed
• Support other departments with data-related tasks

Call Center Agent Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Proven experience in data entry or related field

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills :

Ability to work well in a team environment

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
