Location : Charlotte, NC
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
Pay Rate : $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing marketing, branding, and promotional events. This is an ideal entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced environments, has a flair for creativity, and thrives on creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in the coordination and execution of promotional events, brand activations, and client campaigns
Communicate with vendors, venues, and partners to ensure event logistics run smoothly
Support setup, breakdown, and onsite operations of events
Track event budgets and help maintain expense records
Provide administrative support including scheduling, reporting, and follow-up communications
Help develop creative ideas for event themes, materials, and experiences
Represent Style Netbox in a professional and engaging manner during events
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
Availability for occasional early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed
Prior event or customer service experience is a plus
