• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM
• Pay Rate :
• 20 / hour
• Key Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and schedule
• inbound and outbound truck appointments
• with vendors + Route trucks and ensure all dock times are clearly communicated + Manage check-ins / check-outs for drivers and update internal logs + Communicate with warehouse team and yard personnel to track truck movement + Dispatch instructions to carriers via phone or email + Maintain appointment records, shipping paperwork, and logs in system + Handle any appointment conflicts or delays with professionalism and urgency + Assist with clerical and administrative tasks related to freight coordination
• Qualifications :
• Previous experience in
• dispatch, trucking logistics
• or scheduling strongly preferred + Strong communication skills - able to speak clearly and confidently with vendors and drivers + Comfortable working with scheduling software, email, and basic Excel / Word tools + Able to work independently and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment + Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented + Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus
