We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Communications Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, assisting them with their queries and providing essential information regarding our services. This position is perfect for individuals looking to begin their career in communications and customer service. Job : On site Location : Riverside, CA Pay Range : $950 - $1,300 per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for clients and respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client needs efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and enhance service delivery.
- Communicate product information, updates, and company policies to clients clearly and effectively.
- Assist in the development of communication materials and resources for both clients and team members.
