Responsibilities
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
Prepare event materials such as schedules, invitations, and promotional items.
Provide on-site support during events, including setup and breakdown.
Monitor budgets and timelines to ensure events meet expectations.
Gather feedback post-event to improve future planning.
