Job descriptionObtain product specifications from vendors. Monitor warehouse and retail store inventory levels for reorder points. Input new Purchase Orders in the system and Communicate with vendors regarding orders and delivery lead times. Monitor Logistics and Shipments in-transit to avoid any delays Update other departments on any potential inventory, production or shipping issues. Confirm delivery merchandise and verify correct pricing to close out P.O. Ensure compliance with product labels and Customs export documentation for Mexico importation. Medical, Life, Dental & Vision Insurance (80% paid by company) Simple IRA, up to 3% match by company 10 days PTO (after 3 month Probation period) 10 Paid holidays (after 3 month Probation period) Tuition Reimbursement (up to $1,000 annually) for extended education and training Monday through Friday from 8 : 30am to 5 : 30pm (with 1 hour, unpaid lunch)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
