Join Our Team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk at General Parts!

Key Responsibilities : The Accounting Receivable Clerk ensures fast and accurate posting of customer payments and month end reporting.
Pay : 22-24$ hourly based on experience
Schedule : Monday - Friday 7am-5pm (40 hour work week)
Your duties will include :
- Accurately applies payment receipts from lockbox deposits, ACH deposits, and non Accounts Receivable payments.
- Applies and reconciles credit card transactions.
- Processes month end closing and prepares monthly AR aging reports.
- Processes NSF and chargeback information and notifies appropriate credit specialist.
- Manages relationships with ACH customers and completes customer's ACH forms.
- Reports payment discrepancies to appropriate credit specialist.
- Processes warranty credits and write-offs.
- Manages unreconciled payments for the bank at each branch location.
- Reports intercompany payments to brands and applies payments paid to other brands.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
