work hours : 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
- Process all invoices in a timely manner
- Review invoices and documents for accuracy
- Post payments to the general ledger
- Reach out to vendors to resolve billing discrepancies
- Match invoices to purchase orders
- Ensure appropriate documentation is obtained
- Assist with month-end and year-end accounting process
- Assist with accounting functions as needed
