AP Specialist - 2 Month Project
Location : Sandy Springs, GA
On-Site : 5x a week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist to join our healthcare team on a 2-month contract. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday and be comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on accurate AP data entry and invoice processing to support our finance team.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in Workday Financial (required)
1-2+ years of high volume AP processing experience (required)
Healthcare industry (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage high-volume data entry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Ability to work onsite (5x a week) and commit to the full 2-month contract duration.
Determining compensation for this role at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco notes the salary range for the role as follows : [$25-30 / hr]. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
