Career Movement is looking to add an Entry-Level Talent Sourcer to our team, located in El Segundo, right next to the Lakers training facility!
We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented individual who would focus on supporting the Sales teams by providing a continual pipeline of candidates for a variety of technical, accounting, and legal roles. Qualified candidates have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to, emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. Once you find the right candidate, you’ll feel rewarded and accomplished for helping them achieve their career goals!

THE ROLE :
- Initiate communication between candidates and Account Managers
- Apply optimal search techniques and methods to uncover top-tier candidates
- Collaborate with recruiting teams to understand needs of the business - support recruiters on niche / hard to fill roles as directed
- Find resumes / profiles on various internet boards
- Call and evaluate prospective job seekers (passive and active)
- Create social media and direct mail eMarketing campaigns to attract talent
- Conduct reference checks on selected candidates
- Post and maintain job advertisements
