We're looking for a motivated and outgoing Insurance Producer to join our growing team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you'll play a vital part in driving new business through lead generation, networking, and excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is goal-oriented, personable, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and community involvement.
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients based on their individual needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Educate clients on policy options and recommend coverage solutions.
- Achieve sales goals and contribute to overall agency growth.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and product offerings.
- Assist with policy renewals, claims, and account management as needed.
