Generate leads specifically tailored to potential clients in the Simi Valley area Participate in specialized training sessions aimed at expanding real estate knowledge and honing essential skills Persistently follow up on generated leads until securing appointments with either a listing agent or buyer's agent Maintain regular communication with prospective homebuyers through phone calls and emails to uphold relationships and ensure brand recognition Prepare and present detailed monthly and quarterly sales reports to monitor team progress towards achieving company objectives Manage incoming sales inquiries from qualified leads and effectively convert them into new clients Maintain accurate and updated customer information for agents using the CRM system Efficiently schedule and conduct appointments with clients To be eligible for this role as an Entry Level Real Estate Sales Agent in Simi Valley, CA, US, you should either hold a valid Real Estate License or demonstrate the drive to obtain one. Previous sales experience is a prerequisite for consideration for this position. Effective communication skills are vital for engaging with clients successfully.
