Job Title : Production Worker

Responsibilities

Employees will :

• Operate equipment used for manufacturing and binding of carbon fibers
• Remove expended spools from the turners and replacing them with full ones.
• Monitor the machines that bind the carbon fiber with resin, requiring strong attention to detail.
• Load spools of carbon fiber, which is a physically intensive task.
• Learn how to perform the final cutting and binding of the finished product.
• Work at the mixing station where the binding resin is mixed.
• Lift, turn, bend, reach, pull, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
• Perform other tasks during any downtime.
