As an Entry Level Sales Representative you will serve as a crucial link between our prospective clients and our experienced sales representatives. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, schedule appointments, and conduct outreach activities to facilitate the sales process. With a focus on proactive communication and strategic planning, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation and Outreach :
  • Conduct targeted outreach campaigns to generate leads and identify potential clients.
  • Utilize various channels such as phone calls, emails, and social media to engage with prospects.
  • Employ effective prospecting techniques to maximize appointment-setting opportunities.
  • Appointment Scheduling :
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to schedule appointments with qualified leads.
  • Manage calendars and ensure efficient allocation of sales resources.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary information to both clients and sales reps.
  • Client Communication :
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Clearly communicate the value proposition of our products and services to potential customers.
  • Address inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner, aiming to secure appointments.
  • Sales Support :
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to align appointment-setting efforts with overall sales objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on appointment scheduling activities and lead generation results.
  • Assist sales representatives in preparing for appointments by providing relevant information and insights.

Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in a sales or appointment-setting role, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, ensuring accurate scheduling and follow-up.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for lead management and tracking.
  • Motivated self-starter with a proactive approach to achieving targets and objectives.
