Job descriptionRelevant financial qualification or qualification by experience. Expertise in Excel. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus. OneStream or other submission tool experience is a plus, but not required. Must have strong organization and time management skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and complete projects within mission critical deadlines. Excellent customer service skills, in person, on the phone and in writing. Aviation industry experience is a plus. Familiarity with business doing business as multiple operating entities is a plus. Must be able to sit for long periods of time. Ability to look at a computer for extended periods of time. Ability to maintain a professional demeanor within a very hectic work environment. Must be able to travel domestically and internationally utilizing various transportation methods.

Reports to : Vice President FP&A
Location : Grapevine, TX | DFW
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Assist Finance Managers, Director FP&A, VP FP&A, and SVP Finance with monthly financial submission to UK in OneStream
- Prepare / consolidate weekly flash submission to UK
- Assist with updating monthly flash templates
- Assist with completion of ad hoc reporting
- Assist with preparation of budgets / forecasts or contract pricing
- Update and maintain monthly financial review files
- Must be able to complete reporting with minimal oversight and accurateness for presentation to executive level
- Coordinate Americas responses to UK HQ with Americas financial managers, senior management, JV partners, etc.
- Assist with preparation of annual audit responses
- Assist Regional Finance Managers with annual budget preparation
- Work with OneStream management team to ensure consistent and accurate translation of financials from SUN Accounting to OneStream system
- Ensure adherence to Group policies on accounting and controls.
- Other duties as assigned
