This role is perfect for someone looking to gain handson experience in data management hone their attention to detail and work fully remotely with flexible parttime or fulltime schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input customer and order details invoice information and product specifications into the CRM and proprietary data platforms.
- Review verify and correct data discrepancies ensuring 99.9% accuracy across all entries.
- Organize incoming digital documentation spreadsheets scanned forms email attachments and apply consistent naming conventions.
- Collaborate with team members via Slack Microsoft Teams and Zoom to clarify ambiguous data points.
- Run weekly validation checks using builtin software tools to flag and resolve anomalies.
- Contribute to process optimization by identifying repetitive tasks and suggesting automation or workflow improvements.
