GC Associates USA requires an experienced Cybersecurity Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity leadership, with proven experience managing teams, executing information system authorizations, and overseeing cybersecurity operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of the Navy's Risk Management Framework (RMF) process, the ability to manage incident response, network monitoring, audits, and ensure compliance with security policies. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE :
Education : A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in an engineering, scientific, business, or technical discipline is required.
Experience : Five years of experience in the Cybersecurity field that demonstrate experience in :

Substitution of Experience for Education : If an individual does not meet both the desired education and experience qualifications, ten (10) years of experience in the Information Technology or Cybersecurity field may be considered equivalent. Of those ten years, at least five (5) should demonstrate experience in executing information system authorizations, incident response, network monitoring, information system audits, overseeing workforce qualifications, and authorizing information systems. Additionally, four (4) years should demonstrate experience in managing teams of cybersecurity professionals with a focus on information system governance and authorization, and one (1) year should demonstrate experience in authorizing cloud systems.
