Job Overview :
Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for technology and HR processes? ITRADE STEM is seeking a dedicated Entry Level HRIS Analyst to join our team in Miami or Ft Lauderdale, FL, where you'll leverage your technical expertise and leadership skills to optimize our HRIS environment. This role ensures accurate payroll, time tracking, and project management, contributing to the company's overall efficiency and success.
Responsibilities :
- HRIS Management :
Collaborate with Payroll, HR, HRIS, Accounting, and Finance teams to understand business needs and manage HRIS implementations.
Lead system testing for upgrades, patches, and new Workday releases.
Train internal team members and end-users on new processes and functionalities.
Ensure accurate job costing for construction and solar projects through coordination with financial controllers and payroll administrators.
HR Process Enhancement and User Experience :
Support audits, certifications, and compliance requirements.
Track, monitor, and resolve payroll, absence, time tracking, and job costing cases effectively.
Proficient in configuring HRIS for payroll, time tracking, projects, and general ledger interface.
Thorough understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and accounting principles.
Detail-oriented individual who enjoys data analysis and continuous system improvement.
Capable of leading across departments to ensure accurate time tracking and payroll processes.
