Start Date : January 13, 2025

Pay rate is $15.00 per hour

Shift Information : Monday through Friday 8 : 00AM until 4 : 30PM for training.

Flexible Schedule after Training (8-hour shift between 7AM-6PM)

The position will be fully ONSITE for training.

Paid training is a minimum of 8 weeks.

After training, you will have the opportunity to work a hybrid schedule (remote for two weeks and onsite for one week rotation).

You must have HIGH SPEED internet at home to do this position

Key Responsibilities :

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and written communication in a timely and professional manner.

Research issues and provide accurate information to customers.

Maintain clear and concise verbal and written communication.

Document interactions and ensure accurate data entry.

Job Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED (education verification not required).

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a healthcare or health insurance environment.

Experience evaluating customer situations, making decisions, and responding quickly to inquiries.

Data entry and / or typing experience.

Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions.

Preferred Job Requirements :

1 year of customer service experience.

6 months of data entry experience in an office environment.

Familiarity with various lines of business, such as CDHP, Medicare, Wellness, and Disease Management.

Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
