We have an opportunity for a Junior Electrical Engineer to join our client's team. The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, working on evaluating, optimizing, and designing electrical, control, and instrumentation systems for process plants. You will collaborate with senior managers and contribute to process control innovation while ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate and approve electrical, control, and instrument designs, specifications, and related documentation.
Perform quality assurance on existing manufacturing processes.
Identify areas that need electrical and process control optimization.
Evaluate the efficiency of manufacturing technologies, instruments, equipment, and tools.
Drive process control innovation in collaboration with senior managers.
Recommend suitable software solutions and automate manufacturing processes.
Recruit process specialists and train teams on the implementation of new processes.
Ensure process control operations stay within budget without compromising quality and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
Document processes and prepare progress reports.
Keep abreast of developments and innovations in plant electrical, control, and instrumentation engineering.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or an industry-related field of specialization.
Specialization in process plant electrical, control, and instrumentation systems preferred.
1-2 years of experience in process plant electrical, control, and instrumentation engineering or a related field.
Proficiency in project management and Statistical Process Control (SPC) software.
Extensive industry-specific electrical and process control knowledge.
