What You Can Expect
As the Electrical Engineering Commissioning Advisor, you have a pivotal role in leading and supporting commissioning of ultilty-scale wind, solar, and battery storage projects. Your expertise will guide the commissioning process, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to schedules and budgets.
Every day in this role you will :
- Lead and support commissioning activities, collaborating closely with EPC contractors on-site
- Manage all facets of plant commissioning, including equipment inspection, system checkout, and daily activity oversight
- Review and communicate start-up schedules with the engineering team, project manager, and senior management
- Provide technical support to ensure project completion within regulatory standards and budget constraints
- Take ownership of component and system integrity, coordinating with various departments to fulfill contractual obligations
- Assist the project manager in compiling turnover packages for operations
Commissioning Duties :

Bachelor‘s degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Engineering Technology, or closely related field of study

Compensation
Salary Range : $112,000 - $172,500 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
