Job descriptionCollaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance, cost, and quality targets while ensuring compliance with regulatory and safety guidelines. Define, decompose, and manage product and process requirements to support new product development, sustaining engineering, and R&D efforts. Plan, estimate, and prioritize work to meet project schedules and budgets. Utilize advanced problem-solving methods to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to technical challenges. Prepare technical reports, design documentation, proposals, and other materials to satisfy customer and program requirements. Lead functional, acceptance, qualification, and development testing for new or modified designs. Apply engineering tools, methods, and design software to develop innovative solutions in analog circuit design, high-power circuit design, and magnetics design. Support continuous improvement activities, including Kaizen and 5S practices, to maintain an efficient, organized, and safe working environment. Work collaboratively across engineering, operations, quality, and business teams to ensure seamless execution of project goals. Analyze design requirements and develop thorough, reliable, and manufacturable designs that meet customer specifications. Experience : 8+ years in electrical engineering with expertise in power electronics, analog circuit design, and high-power systems. Education : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s or Ph.D. preferred). Skills & Knowledge : Proficiency in switching power supply topologies and magnetics design. Strong understanding circuit design Hands-on experience with design software and tools. Eligibility : Must meet U.S. Department of Defense ITAR requirements for access to controlled data. Primarily office-based with occasional lab and manufacturing environment exposure. Minimal travel (up to 10%) may be required for customer meetings, design reviews, or testing support. Salary Range : $132,200 - $170,200 (dependent on experience and qualifications). Additional Benefits : Comprehensive health, dental, and life insurance starting the first of the month. 15 days of paid time off (PTO) and 12 paid holidays annually. 401(k) retirement plan with company match. Education reimbursement after 90 days of employment.
