Entry Level Marketing Assistant

We are hiring for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our quickly expanding marketing team and help execute daily responsibilities in a fast paced environment! What better way to break into marketing and gain real hands on experience!

-Experience in tools such as: Microsoft Excel, Canva, and Google Analytics is a plus!

What you’ll be doing:

-Maintain and update software programs and marketing systems (including user enrollments and access management).

-Audit marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.

-Coordinate ordering of marketing materials such as business cards and promotional items.

-Compile and organize performance reports for leadership review.

-Support the team in administrative and operational tasks as needed.

-Monitor deadlines and time frames for submitting compliance submissions and reporting.

-Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
