What you’ll be doing:
-Maintain and update software programs and marketing systems (including user enrollments and access management).
-Audit marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand standards.
-Coordinate ordering of marketing materials such as business cards and promotional items.
-Compile and organize performance reports for leadership review.
-Support the team in administrative and operational tasks as needed.
-Monitor deadlines and time frames for submitting compliance submissions and reporting.
-Enter and maintain accurate data across multiple systems
