We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic EntryLevel Remote Travel Agent to join our team. This role involves assisting clients with travel planning booking accommodation transportation and other travelrelated services. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel enjoys helping others and has a strong attention to detail. This is a fully remote position providing the flexibility to work from home while building a career in the travel industry.
Responsibilities :
- Assist clients with travel planning including booking flights hotels car rentals and travel packages.
- Provide accurate travel information advice and recommendations based on clients preferences and budget.
- Manage travel reservations cancellations and itinerary changes.
- Stay informed about travel industry trends destinations and promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain detailed client records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
