HR GeneralistThe HR Generalist is a versatile and hands-on role responsible for managing a wide range of human resources functions to support the organization's goals and employee needs. This position requires comprehensive experience in all facets of HR, including recruitment and onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, performance management, training and development, HR policy implementation, and handling employee records.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel, reporting, and analytical skills to effectively manage HR data, generate insightful reports, and support data-driven decision-making. Our candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws and best practices, excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance strategic initiatives with day-to-day HR operations.
