Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is hiring motivated, goal-oriented people to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This role is more than knocking on doors. It’s where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement : Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
- Product Knowledge & Communication : Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
- Team Collaboration : Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
- Customer Service : Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
- Resilience & Adaptability : Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.
