A leading food production organization has a current opening for a Bilingual Human Resources Manager. The company has locations across the US and is a top producer in their industry. The Bilingual HR Manager will be responsible for the overall HR responsibilities and duties for their Midwest operations. This individual will report directly to the Chief HR Officer. The ideal candidates will possess at least 3 years of HR supervisory or management experience as well as bilingual communication capabilities.

Responsibilities / Duties :
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the location(s) staff members.
- Oversee HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, benefits, hiring & firing, training, and performance management.
- Coordinate directly with location management and senior leadership.
- Directly report and correspond with the Chief HR Officer
- Develop, implement, and explain HR policies and guidelines to managers and employees.
- Manage performance review and compensation review process.
- Travel to additional area sites when needed.
