HR Advisor

Join Deaconess Health System as an HR Advisor , providing expert Human Resources support focused on employee relations, conflict resolution, recruiting, and process improvement . In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee relations and personnel matters.
• Investigate workplace concerns and manage grievance procedures.
• Manage unemployment claims and represent Deaconess in hearings.
• Support recruitment efforts-sourcing, screening, hiring, and onboarding top talent.
• Assist in developing and communicating HR policies and training materials.
• Facilitate positive employee relations through effective communication and problem solving.
