Overview
We're looking for a versatile HR Generalist to support key HR functions, including payroll, benefits administration, employee relations, and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, fastmoving environment.
Responsibilities
- Support payroll processing and maintain accurate HRIS data (UKG)
- Assist with benefits enrollment, changes, and employee inquiries
- Provide guidance on HR policies and help address routine employee relations matters
- Support recruiting activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and assist with reporting and compliance tasks
- 2-8 years of HR experience
- Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, employee relations, and recruiting
- UKG experience preferred
