Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a dynamic leadership role?
360 Talent Avenue is seeking a Human Resources Manager for our client, a growing organization in Indianapolis. This role offers the opportunity to lead key HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and performance management while working in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Payroll, Compensation & Benefits Administration
Oversee payroll processing in Paylocity and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Manage compensation and employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and leave programs, through Paylocity while overseeing provider and vendor relationships.
Serve as the main point of contact for payroll and benefits-related inquiries.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract and retain top talent.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job postings to candidate selection
Oversee onboarding to ensure a seamless new hire experience.
Employee Relations & Compliance
Serve as a trusted HR partner, addressing employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Maintain and update employee handbooks, policies, and procedures.
Administer workers' compensation claims and ensure compliance.
Performance Management & Employee Development
Manage performance evaluations and provide guidance on improvement plans.
Support leadership in fostering employee growth and development.
Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
HR Administration & Reporting
Maintain accurate employee records and HR data, including employee certifications and tax / unemployment registration.
Oversee HRIS system updates and ensure data integrity.
Support audits, reporting, and compliance documentation.
Leadership
Assist with company events, leadership meetings, and culture-building initiatives.
Serve as a strategic HR partner, supporting management in employee relations and development.
Availability
Provide HR support across all time zones, including West Coast operations.
After-hours support is limited to emergency situations.
What You Bring :
5+ years of HR experience with at least 3+ years of HRIS experience (Paylocity preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR Certifications preferred : SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills to drive HR success.
