High school diploma or equivalent. EPA Section 608 Certification (mandatory). Minimum 2 years of residential HVAC experience. NATE Certification or equivalent (nice-to-have). Experience with smart thermostats and home automation systems (nice-to-have). Familiarity with ductless mini-split systems (nice-to-have). Basic plumbing or electrical knowledge (nice-to-have).

Job Description
We are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians for residential service work. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and installing heating and cooling systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.
- Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and related components.
- Perform routine maintenance and system tune-ups.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and local codes.
- Communicate effectively with customers and provide clear explanations of work performed.
