OSER Management Group, a passionate collective dedicated to refining telecom operational paradigms and galvanizing client acquisition via sophisticated, empirically-driven marketing stratagems for Frontier Retail. From our Peoria hub, we're launching the Frontier Retail campaign to boost brand visibility and expand the customer base for vital telecommunication services. We are actively seeking a highly motivated and emerging leader for the Entry Level Manager position to drive this mission by fostering personalized, in-person interactions in dynamic retail environments, ensuring a superior and accessible experience for consumers.
Entry Level Manager Requirements
- Strong desire to develop and lead a team, showcasing natural leadership skills.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, or promotions with proven achievements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate others.
- An analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to enhance team performance and decision-making.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; willingness to learn CRM and business tools for efficiency.
- Resilient, proactive, and results-driven, committed to personal and team success while fostering growth.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred for advanced opportunities.
