JOB SUMMARY
The Instructional Coach supports teacher growth and student achievement by providing job-embedded coaching, modeling high-quality instruction, and facilitating professional learning aligned to district goals. This position will have a strong emphasis on strengthening instructional practices in Math and ELA across all grade levels , while also supporting overall instructional improvement.
Reports to : Director of Literacy / Director of Mathematics
Supervises : None
Pay Grade : To Be Determined
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
instructional Support
- Provide job-embedded coaching to teachers through co-planning, co-teaching, modeling lessons, and reflective conversations.
- Support teachers in implementing district curriculum, instructional strategies, and interventions with fidelity, with a priority focus on Math and ELA instruction .
- Assist teachers in differentiating instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners, including students with IEPs, English language learners, and advanced learners.
