A company is looking for a Commercial Insurance Associate Broker (Hybrid or Remote ET).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze clients' or prospects' existing insurance programs and formulate customized risk solutions
Negotiate with insurance carriers to drive revenue development and retention
Support the team in developing diagnostics and assist in proposal development for clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
P&C License required
Working knowledge of carrier underwriting practices and processes preferred
Advanced industry designation(s) (e.g., CPCU, CIC, ARM) a plus
Experience with Epic (agency management system) a plus
