Responsibilities

Respond to inbound customer calls and emails in a courteous and professional manner

Address policy inquiries, assist with billing questions, and provide information about insurance products and services

Accurately document customer interactions and follow-up on pending issues

Prioritize daily tasks effectively to ensure time-sensitive matters are handled promptly

Maintain organized records and update customer information as needed

Support the processing of policy changes, renewals, and other administrative tasks

Collaborate with agents and internal departments to resolve customer concerns

Ensure timely follow-up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction

Taking care of customers pending alerts , Missing Documents , underwriting issues in the CRM

Requirements

Having one year of Customer service experience

Must be detail oriented and attention to details

High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelors degree is a plus)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities

Proficient in basic computer skills and comfortable learning new systems

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
