We're excited to welcome enthusiastic individuals to join us as full-time Entry-Level Plumber Apprentices in Delaware, OH, with a starting pay of $15 to $17 per hour (Ability to earn up to $2.50 / hr up to 40 hours a week after 90 days) plus on-call rotation with time and a half.

THE PERKS OF JOINING US

As an Entry-Level Plumber Apprentice, you will meet at our shop every day between 7 AM and 8 : 15 AM for training and meetings. You will work until the day's jobs are completed, typically around 5 PM, though our commitment to our customers means you may sometimes work later. On-call shifts are part of the rotation, allowing you to earn time and a half for your dedication.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

Your day will start with a morning huddle at our shop, where you'll get your assignments and check your communications. You'll assist our experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians in various tasks, including installing and repairing piping, fixtures, and HVAC systems. From cutting metal components and drilling holes to digging trenches and performing rough-ins, each day will be a learning opportunity. You will greet customers warmly, answer their inquiries, and ensure their needs are met. Safety will be a top priority as you follow protocols and wear protective gear. Throughout the day, you will use Service Titan software to document your work and communicate with the team. By the end of the day, you'll have gained valuable hands-on experience and contributed to our reputation for excellent service.
