Job Title : Accounting SpecialistResponsibilitiesDaily review and research of store cash and inventory.Resolve store inquiries related to transactions and paperwork submissions.Ensure data integrity between store submissions and their monthly financials.Work in tandem with General Ledger team, Asset Protection, and Operations to escalate issues as appropriate.Essential SkillsProficiency in reconciliations, accounts payable, invoicing, billing, and accounts receivable.Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance.1+ years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.Good analytical and problem-solving skills.Self-starter with the ability to work with minimum supervision.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Work EnvironmentThis position offers a hybrid work environment with 1 day in the office and 4 days remote. You will join a team of 5 focusing on lottery accounting, alongside two other teams in the DQA department – cash and inventory. The role also involves communicating with vendors and handling disputes related to incorrect invoices.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
